Privacy overview

This site currently presents the Enkop concept and sends contact form submissions to Enkop by email. It does not yet represent a full production privacy policy for pilot operations.

What the current site does

The current contact forms submit the details you enter to Enkop via Resend so the team can reply by email. The site does not store those submissions in an application database today.

What needs to happen before launch

Before a live pilot, Enkop should publish a full privacy and data handling policy covering account data, location data, reward records, and reporting access for partner institutions.
